How do you clean the bed? Like any fine fabric, this should be dry-cleaned. We have made the protective cover and mattress cover easy to zip off and zip on. A sponge with warm water is perfectly fine to remove any dirt that your pet may bring into his secure snuggler.

How long does it take to ship once we placed an order? Each Bed is custom made, unless noted otherwise, please allow two weeks for delivery. We do stock the basic colors for immediate shipping. We ship from California.
